7 lỗi người Việt hay mắc khi chọn action verb
1. Dịch máy từ "phụ trách / hỗ trợ / tham gia"
Đây là lỗi phổ biến nhất. Ứng viên Việt dịch trực tiếp từ CV tiếng Việt sang tiếng Anh mà không thay đổi cấu trúc bullet. Kết quả: một CV đầy `Responsible for`, `Helped`, `Participated in` — còn recruiter quốc tế thì không thấy ownership nào.
Giải pháp: Khi dịch CV từ tiếng Việt, xác định mỗi đầu việc thuộc nhóm nào: leadership → `Led`, execution → `Delivered`, analysis → `Analyzed`, xây dựng → `Built`. Không dịch word-by-word.
2. Dùng verb "ảo" không có story để kể
`Revolutionized`, `Disrupted`, `Synergized`, `Leveraged` là những buzzword rỗng. Nếu bạn không thể kể lại được trong phỏng vấn, đừng viết vào CV.

3. Lặp một verb duy nhất cho cả trang CV
10 bullet đều `Managed…` là dấu hiệu lazy writing. Xen kẽ `Led`, `Owned`, `Delivered`, `Improved`, `Reduced` tùy theo bản chất của từng đầu việc.
Cách kiểm tra: Đọc to từng bullet đầu tiên. Nếu bạn nghe "Managed, Managed, Managed..." là cần đa dạng hóa ngay.
4. Sai tense và sai person
- CV bullet: không bao giờ viết "I managed" — chỉ viết `Managed`.
- Job hiện tại: present tense (`Manage`, `Lead`, `Design`).

5. Chọn verb không match seniority

6. Không điều chỉnh verb theo từng công ty ứng tuyển
Một bộ action verbs không thể dùng cho cả FDI Nhật, startup Việt Nam và remote Mỹ. Mỗi thị trường có kỳ vọng riêng:
