- Is Chốt CV free?
- Yes. Build and use the workspace free; JD optimization is not metered per use (fair use). Sign in for full templates and brand-free export. Pro (launching soon, 49,000₫/month) is only for the top AI model and interview briefs — not a “4th customize paywall”.
- Will the PDF pass ATS?
- ATS single/two-column families export text-selectable PDFs (not image scans). Use the ATS-clean variant to drop QR and decorations for Workday/Greenhouse-style uploads.
- Does AI invent experience?
- The copilot only proposes changes for review. Nothing is written into your CV until you Accept it or edit the text yourself.
- Can I make a bilingual VI–EN CV?
- Yes. Use bilingual templates or export two separate files (often better for ATS). Keep titles and metrics consistent across languages.
- Do I need a photo on my CV?
- Depends on the employer: many Western/FDI ATS prefer no photo; JP/KR and some local roles still expect one. Toggle photo templates on or off and export two versions if unsure.
- How does payment work?
- Free covers build, JD optimize, and export (small brand mark if you are not signed in). Pro at 49,000₫/month (launching soon) unlocks the top AI model and interview prep when checkout is live. No Plus tier or one-shot passes; Team/B2B is not a V1 focus.
- Where is my CV data stored?
- Drafts stay on your device by default. Cloud sync happens after you sign in. See Privacy and Data sources for categories, processors, and analytics (Umami).
- What does Accept mean?
- Human-in-the-loop: each proposed change must be Accepted (or Edited) before it lands on the left-pane resume. Reject discards it. No silent auto-edits.
- How many templates are there?
- V1 ships 16 layouts (ATS, bilingual, photo, FDI-oriented): 11 basic for guests, all 16 after sign-in. Pick a template after content is solid, then export.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. On small screens the workspace uses tabs (Assistant / Resume / Export) so the full path still completes on a phone.
- Is this a job board or do you sell CVs?
- Neither. Chốt CV optimizes your resume for applications you already have. We do not list jobs or sell CVs.
- How is AI called?
- Model calls go through the product AI gateway (rate limits, retries, structured output) — not ad-hoc raw keys in the browser.
